Beautify and spacious. I love the kitchen/dining space. Is it possible to change the cooking /gas top from this electrical to the traditional one? I usually prefer that

Hi Ify, that's totally dependent on the development, there may be gas supply to the home already so it may be easy to swap the cooker for a gas option. However if there isn't already gas supply to the home: 1) There probably is a reason for it or you 2) you may have to look to providing gas to your property at an additional cost and a lot of discussion with the gas provider for your area. So all in all, it's definitely a question worth asking early on, if it's a deal break for you.

cheers guys great tour again - interesting how different the houses look empty!! I do like the Davison's homes for all their added extra features but why 3 bathrooms?? the 2nd bedroom you went in would have been so much nicer and larger had the first bedroom NOT had the ensuite?? Otherwise lovely house and tour, thanks

I moved into a Davidson's new build last July. If you type in Davidson's Homes you will access the website with all of their developments. You will see there are fluctuations in prices depending upon the area you choose.
