It's a lovely home... I wouldn't call it a 'starter' home. It may just be a starter for a few, but for most in the UK this is the max or aspirational.

​@PropertyVlogsUK a 4 bed very much isnt a starter. It would be a min 17k deposit, and a payment of over 1.5k a month, earnings would need to be approx 70k and ave uk is 38k. Factually not a starter this is also in a cheap property area! Anywhere else would be 100k more.

I love this. Simple but nice. I tend to prefer one floor houses as this. However the stairs is before the living room/kitchen, some visitors might go up without you been aware😊 so one would want to cordone it off with a temporary barrier.
