The basement reno was completed last year and it's definitely my favorite part of the house. I put a lot of work into the design and was able to create something that was truly to my taste. Would love to see more videos on the reno process! We're planning on doing something similar for our next house so I'm taking notes on what features to include XD Would you say you like the work this contractor did? I think the hardest part is finding a reputable contractor that does good quality work but also doesn't break the bank

I worked with this particular contractor multiple times already so I'm satisfied with their work and the thing is that if they do something wrong they will redo it. So I think that's really hard to find, some people will just make you live with it or pay more to fix their problems. I think Reno has started to cost a lot more now than before due to labour costs rising. So I use a company to do my reno now but you can still use those 2 people teams that are much cheaper than a company styled setup. But with those you just have to make sure to find a trustworthy source like recommendations from friends or family.

Hi you can check out Smart Reno for the cabinets and the glass door was from my general contractor I think they used viewmax or some other windowing company
