The Europe to HKG (and China in general) market is very saturated at the moment; Maybe if Swiss offered a EUR 300 roundtrip fare, they may be able the rest of the seats; but EUR 300 fares will destroy the market even more

Consider Eastern destinations this carrier has lost in global war with Arabian lines. Same as most of long haul carriers Swiss planes are rather empty than full. Qatar, Etihad, Emirates offer much higher quality, new fleet with best pilotes and better customer service for much lower price than any European lines.
