What he was saying is for any fight the preparation is most important for being ready (99%) to the tune that when in fighting the opponent expands you/ we/ i contract, when he contracts, you/ we/ i expand, when there’s an opportunity/ opening, you/ we/ i do not hit. It, the training/ preparation/ execution (1%) hits all by itself. Why? Because there is no opponent for there is no ‘you/ we/ i?’ There is only the ‘being’ the essence of the man, present. Never tense but always at the ready for he no longer exists for others but breathes purely for himself/ his inner being! He lives and breathes the fight! Before and after.

He name literally means "the little dragon" I learn with a Chinese Shifu and for weeks I think she say - 龍腳 Lóng jiǎo = dragon feet. I confused this with 小龍 Xiǎolóng Little dragon 🐲😂. My Shifu was actually saying "talon" = Spanish for feet 🤔. I'm learning Chinese in Spain quicker than Spanish 😂🤣. So remember he was "the little dragon" /Xiǎolóng.
