Wow. She is innocence personified. The earlier generation is truly the masters of cooking. I'm sure she will have 1000 recipes on her mind. Chef just one doubt: 1.5 cups of water for 1 cup of basmati rice is her measurement. Is it the same for all recipes or just this one since there is already tomato juice in it before adding rice?
