எல்லோரும் செய்யும் முட்டை தொக்கில் இருந்து இது வித்தியாசமானது தான். காரணம் அவித்த முட்டையை மிளகாய் தூள் மஞ்சள் தூள் உப்பு சேர்த்து அதை எண்ணெயில் இலேசான தீயில் வதக்கி பின்னர் தொக்கு செய்கிறீர்கள். இதனால் உப்பு காரம் முட்டையில் ஊறி சுவை கூடும். மேலும் அதிகம் தண்ணீர் சேர்க்காமல் தக்காளி வெங்காயம் மற்றும் மசாலாவை நன்றாக வதக்கும் போது அதுவும் சுவையைக் கூட்டும். மொத்தத்தில் அட்டகாசம் தாமுசார். சூப்பர்.
