Most of this is yoga. He mixed certain yoga movements with basic stretching if someone already has a back problem should ask physicians before doing this excersice in order to prevent injuries.

Sara Zeid do you think this exercise could add up some inches to my height by correcting my posture ?? I kinda have bad posture on my back around my neck area

Thank you so much Sara for your comments. As you have mentioned that before any physical activities you need to see a physician, as I have said earlier those who have got a back pain they need to know the cause and effects of injury. It might be weakness of lower back muscle or it can be less lubricant fluid and some times with disc problem. Those workouts help to prevent the back pain but it also uses as rehabilitation but it should be prescribed by physician. Thanks
