Yes ABS I experienced it with my vehicle XUV 500 it really useful and it can stop a car without skiding... But once u r habituated with non ABS brakes it take time to get into u r control with ABS brakings

According to Bharat New Vehicle Safety Assessment Program. ABS, EBD, dual airbags, reverse parking sensors are mandatory from April 2020.

Good video, but you forgot to mention the downside, it may take much longer to stop on an "unstable road surface", such as snow, grass, mud or gravel. Full picture is needed to fully educate the driving public.

@Tharindu Rasnakawewa: In principle, the stopping distance of a vehicle with ABS is shorter. This is not just the case on dry asphalt, but on most surfaces. The ABS controls wheel slip in such a way that optimum use is made of the friction coefficient (the maximum friction coefficient slip characteristic). The one exception is unconsolidated surfaces, such as gravel or snow. On these surfaces a locking wheel creates a 'bulldozing' effect - a wedge forms in front of the wheel - and this can then cause the friction coefficient to rise slightly. In this case, a vehicle without ABS can have a short stopping distance.

The Anti-lock system, (ABS), prevents the wheels of the car from being blocked when the brake pedal is strongly penetrated. The sense of the anti-lock system is that the car is steerable during the braking process and thus remains in the track. Although the ABS is not intended for a shorter braking distance, but it is usually a little shorter on a dry road than without ABS. This is because the friction between tire and road is greatest when the so-called "slip" of the wheel is between 10 and 30 percent.
