"Us millennials have a problem with the 9-5 thing." Don't you just love it when people start to internalize stereotypes about them in society. Millennials don't have a problem with work, they want to work for companies who value them and unfortunately companies are now all about cutting costs and getting rid of employee benefits while wanting employees to work non-stop and produce results. It's great that she started her business, however it's also important to make a point that not everybody's strength is in running their own business, some people are great at supporting roles, some people are great at being entrepreneurs both are valuable.

I do not recall mentioning that there are roles that are better than others. You missed the point of the whole interview sir.

@@snemthembu6968 selective reading on your part. I was expanding on my point dear. I got the message and I stated that it's good that she started her own business. The dangers of constantly pushing this kind of message is that people who are not strong at it then feel the pressure to go into something that they are likely to not enjoy and not be great at. It's been said for years, young black people are constantly encouraged to be their own boss and create jobs for others. Having the pressure to "save the nation" Yes this is good we can't keep depending on the white man, however this message can't stand alone. With it we we need to stress that for those who feel entrepreneurship is not their strength, they can be great at supporting roles because companies need both equally.

@@sakhilepadi3501 Which is why I did mention that I'm not only creating employment for myself but for others as well 😏. Maybe if my interview was longer I would have expanded further 😏.

She wasn't lying. I don't know about Africa but in America, millennials statistically have more entrepreneurial ambitions than older generations

But every company has ethics so the frustration she got from the other law firm would build her and groom her for her own law firm.
