The transfers are created using a Sawgrass® Virtuoso SG 800 printer with Sawgrass® SubliJet-HD™ sublimation inks on TexPrint-R® Sublimation Paper, with a George Knight™ heat press. All products are available from conde.com, including the heat press used in the demo.

My printer is showing code SC (20200) Power Off On Call Service if error reocurrs. I have replaced the waste cartridge and all the inks cleaned the encoder wheel and it just sits clicking .... says waiting... Any advice would be appreciated

on our 800 we are getting a vertical line down the page on 11x17 through the bypass tray. it is a thin consistent line probably 1' inside the left margin. Is this what needs to be cleaned? while it is apart, is there anything else that should be cleaned?

Darn. I wish you didn't show this. Now you probably put me out of business. I was charging 200 bucks to clean this. Just kidding! I'm thinking about buying this. Great video.
