Encon Casanova ceiling fans running on all speeds

For anyone that's new here: Both of these fans are at my Grandma's house in Utah, that fan in brass with wood blades was originally downstairs in the finished-part side of the basement. That's true. Unfortunately, I couldn't be able to reduce the shaking more (and that swapping fan blades in a certain position could take Forever to reduce the wobble a lot more).
