It's 2 a.m and I have to be up at 5 a.m for my church service and I'm the solo worship singer. I was filled with worries. No matter how much I prayed and rebuked the negative feelings, it didn't help. But while opening youtube, I sincerely, asked the Lord to show me something that would help me fall asleep. I had in mind perhaps a sermon that I'd listen to until falling asleep, but I encountered this video on the suggestions, started listening and peace came in immediatelly.
