Encourage the Vancouver Canucks to keep standing up for themselves.

Social justice warriors have set their indignant sights on the Vancouver Canucks logo.
The aggrieved white fellow this time is an Indigenous Studies Professor from the city of Winnipeg named Sean Carleton.
Carlton feels that the orca logo done in West Coast aboriginal style is offensive and that the team must dump it.
To their credit, the Canucks have not backed down (yet) and they have pointed to many members of First Nations leadership who have expressly said that they have no problem with the logo and see it as being respectful.
Professor Carlton feels that he knows better than actual native people and he is offended on their behalf. His attitude is the most offensive thing of all in this news item.
This won't stop folks like Carlton. They will continue to push and as we have seen, teams tend to cave eventually under pressure.
We need to stand up and encourage teams like the Canucks to stand strong. Our world will indeed become a terribly bland vanilla place if we keep capitulating to social justice warriors on all forms of expression.
