I can confirm that this is an effective tool to help quit gambling. I have used this method on several occasions over the past 3-4 years. What I have found through my own personal experience though, is that I have the misguided habit of believing that after a few weeks I have my habit under control and I stop listening to the hypnosis. I inevitably fall back into my old routines. So my point is, you must commit to listening each day to have success. Very much worthwhile in my opinion. Good luck with your battle x

This is awesome. It has made a huge difference to me. Before I started listening to this video each night before falling asleep I was constantly thinking about gambling, and how I would be able to accomplish my next trip to a casino. I found it very helpfull, not an instant cure for gambling addiction, but has certainly helped me on my quest to become free from this terrible addiction, thank you very much

Any addiction comes from one area of our life, we have negative programs that we have grown up with. If we have grown up with negative programs, we will find we do not have self-esteem, self-love, positive confidence. All addictions are a dis-ease and with the right guidance and support we can overcome the negative and learn the positive, basically we need to face our fears.

actually very good work! Its perfectly doesn't deny the ability to win, the skill, but only denies an obsession. So the video applies to maky kind obsessions, not just gambling. For the sake of loosing the tie, that prevents person from achieving his potential in that area that he's actually good at. Just one but, add a bit more Downers, Relaxation references. It would help heaps to make it universally great.

There are several components to reducing blushing quickly . One plan I discovered which successfully combines these is the Fergs Rosy Resource (check it out on google) it's the best plan that I've heard of. look at the super info .
