In ten years time with the demolished galleries area still boarded up. Will the planners sitting in their swanky London offices look at the many videos of demolition and all agree that. "Yeah, it was the right thing to do, the town was dying". Of course they will!... But I sincerely hope im wrong in assuming that, and we will have the town centre they promised.
