probably the most stupid combat sports training I've done is shadowbox in the snow wearing only a tracksuit and a pair of blitz shoes. I only got frosty toes but no cold.

@johno5605 I've done full training out side in the snow then straight into the sauna then right back into ice shower for inflammation. Won't be doing those anymore as much lol

Got the chance to take my little girl for a seminar down york legions gym to train with Liam was spot on she learned alot and even took the time to take some photos and signed a glove real nice guy i thank you very much for taken the time true gentleman and got some great photos wish you luck for your fight ps abosulte beast aswell
