Love the environtment allowing the guys to learn and grow, not working full force. Great work by the coach as well, calling out when guys hit too hard. Amazing. In boxing or at least in all the gyms i've been guys always try to hit the hardest and often in cold 10oz broken gloves. And the coaches don't give a damn.

This is what seperates great coaches and average coaches to be quite honest. A coach should always be there to look out for his team, and coach them tell them when they are doing to much, tell them when they make a mistake. Its all good learning. Its always good when the gym environment makes you want to go back the next day to learn more. Safety, Knowledge, Progression.

What actually impressed me the most was the way they sparred! They kept it real with the emphasis being on developing the techniques and combos with out egos! It allowed each partner to execute in real time. Repetition is mastery. Acknowledging each other's mistakes as well as what they did well should be a lesson to us all. Hey why don't they wear headgear? I box and we always wear headgear to spar. Just getting into muay thai and I see everyone sparring without headgear and I don't really understand it. There's a good chance that elbow would have done some damage. Just asking, I know barely anything about muay thai
