Love the environtment allowing the guys to learn and grow, not working full force. Great work by the coach as well, calling out when guys hit too hard. Amazing. In boxing or at least in all the gyms i've been guys always try to hit the hardest and often in cold 10oz broken gloves. And the coaches don't give a damn.
@SiamBoxing4 жыл бұрын
This is what seperates great coaches and average coaches to be quite honest. A coach should always be there to look out for his team, and coach them tell them when they are doing to much, tell them when they make a mistake. Its all good learning. Its always good when the gym environment makes you want to go back the next day to learn more. Safety, Knowledge, Progression.

John, his dad, the whole family. Top top people. Teaches my son at team underground. This guy is the future. (And maybe Freddie).

totally agree top guys very talented. looking forward to seeing John back on ONE and seeing Freddie do his thing, maybe in mma. the talent runs in the family.
