I am from Assam. Completed B.Pharmacy from Bangalore. Tried for state council registration since 2022. Because of corruption registrar resigned. We were asked to wait until the new registrar elected. Now they have implemented exit exam. More than 50K students are facing this issue. We tried communicating with higher position people. Since 2021 to 2023 batch students are facing extreme harrasment. No one is talking about it. None of are graduate in the eye of state or family or friends. No media has ever covered this issue properly. Fact : - TN Seshan joined Congress and fought Loksabha Elections - M.S Gill Joined Congress and became Minister - Navin Chawla : He received land parcels from Congress MPs and his wife's NGO got donation from Congress Claim 2 : How can elections be Free and Fair if ECs and CECs are appointed by PM Fact : - Out of 25 CECs appointed since independence, all 25 were appointed directly by Prime Minister of India. - Out of 25, around 20 were appointed by the Congress PM - All elections held since 1950 were not Free and Fair?? Claim 3 : Supreme Court gave suggestion to make EC more Independent. Fact : - Supreme Court in its order asked govt to allow CJI to be a part of Appointment Panel for CEC until the Parliament enacts a new law. - Modi govt have added LOP to the appointment panel , in the past appointments no suggestion was taken from any opposition member.

EC I remember my civics teacher teaching me lessons from NCERT about elections in India and the fairness of elections(sure, there were ups and downs, but not at the institutional level). How would they tell those 8th-class kids that what is mentioned here is no longer true? Everything is changed not on a case-by-case basis but institutionally. From childhood, I have loved our constitution and the state of democracy. Even after some bad days, we got back and never let our nation down. To date, the emergency has been the darkest hour in our country. But as a person, my firm belief in our constitution is now shattering. Will it survive this jeopardy? What is a democracy without Fair Elections?
