I was listening to you and I remembered how someone in my life, like family members or ex-partner, have told me that I have changed, when in fact what was happening is that I had evolved and improved as a person and they could no longer manipulate me. I understand that those people we should leave them, I don't know if it has something to do with that syndrome 😅. Even if our essence during our life is the same, we all must change, evolve and improve in order to move forward.
