Today I play through Half-Life 2 in Garry's Mod with addons enabled that randomize the game in several key aspects. The outcome ended up being a lot more frustrating than it should've been...

I'm pretty sure the reason that so many sequences are breaking is because this is randomizing objects that begin with npc_ but aren't actually NPCs, such as npc_template_maker (self explanatory, it spawns other types of NPCs), or npc_furniture (used when an otherwise inanimate object needs to synchronize animation with an NPC in a scene or scripted_sequence I.E. doors... like the teleporter.)

Arccw can randomize npc weapons, not sure about other weapon addons though, trying to find an answer myself.

@@Superpingmc it could be, but i noticed it even replaces scripted weapons that were placed on the map, like the Bizon instead of the SMG near the citizen's corpse at 38:05 is arccw also able to do that? (i never tried it cuz it crashes my game, so i wanna know if thats it or not lol)

@@N0rbertas9 yea I think so, I've played custom gmod maps that had weapons around the map, they were automatically changed to arccw ones, you just have to mess around with the mod's settings. As for the crashing, either you have too many addons, or are missing a base arccw addon

Hey, you can use npc invasion or npc invasion+ these are a bid older, maybe you want to use npc daemon, which was inspired by both npc invasion addons

idk if this is the right place but when you are in route kanal first map when i go to the fence that you have to hop over it is for some reason upside down and the way of getting through it is just to prop fly which there isn't any props you can really do it
