"Don't worry little Jeros...your parents saved this world....and soon, they'll be home again" exactly when that line drops.....no matter how hard I try NOT to cry and even have seen and expirienced a multitude of times, and even after 30+ years......tears start flowing....

Feeling empty after good games or movies is because its like losing a good friend. So its legit to feel moved.. right?

Yeah, and this one was a bittersweet ending too - This was one of my favorite RPGs too - back when it was Lufia 2, AND this one. Love it.

Yeah, this song meant a lot to me growing up. I get it.

This game certainly well deserves its spot among the top 3 RPG's for the SNES, the others being Terranigma and Chrono Trigger. And heck, all three belong at First Place!

There are very few times where video games legitimately make their players cry. When this song played on the snes, this was one of them.

Tbh I haven't found any games with similar elements to Lufia 2. JRPG and puzzle elements really blend well in that game, along with the plot and the melodic soundtrack are what made the game one of my favorites on the SNES.

@@ark8705 I'm a person who places less value on gameplay and more value on how the story of the game impacts the players life. For children's game it dealt with very mature topics. Such as two people who butted heads are the ones that tend to fall in love with one another. That love between a man and woman can give both courage. That the love of a child can drive parents to Great heroism and sacrifice their lives for the sake of the world that their child will grow up in. I have never ever seen a game like this in all my life.

@@Soloong_Gaybowzerfor real. Even after all these years, the story of this game and the impact of its music have never failed to rip my heart to pieces.

@@FFXI_Addict Yeah man. Dual Blade is one of the few sentient swords in video games like Zelda's master sword. If it were not for that sword's choice to side with Maxim, they would have never stood a chance.
