No, the Corvette and the BMW is from Sketchfab from a very talented artist called memoov. He has almost all the main nfsmw boss cars uploaded for free. The other vehicles and the cop cars are also from multiple sources, and some of my past works.

Very good. One question: Regarding your "layer" breakdown, did you really use different layers and rendered all separately or are those just different collections and you rendered everything together?

lets say that in order to make the best composition changes and coloring for the scene rendering in 3 different passes is always good, i dont think he rendered those in different passes but as you said he just did different collections but rendered everything together

Actually, it might seem out of place, but I based it on the heli from the game. Can’t remember the actual name of it, but the game version is based on a real life one, which is the one I used here

The final render took about an hour to finish. 150 samples/ frame or 30 seconds. I use a Msi Katana laptop with rtx 3060, it’s a great laptop, capable of a lot of things!

Thank you! I can recommend you watching tutorials by Ian Hubert and Max Hay, they have great videos on enviroment design. I also learnt from them. In my case I used assets for the city, and I just tweaked some of it’s textures.

No, the “layers” are just model groups. I wanted to show how the scene is built up. I did not render each layer separately
