This reminds me of my friends at my old school who left and I decided to stay behind to show them how I grew into who I am today because they were there in spirit

I went to see this play just last night. I lost my wife just 4 months ago and hearing this song left me sitting there in the dark sobbing. So poignant it speaks right to your heart. Powerful song.

Dad I wish I could still see you today. You were my mentor, my hero, but most importantly, you were my dad. Everyday I wish I could talk to you. Even though it been over 3 years, I still cry because you meant a lot to me. You would always be there for me and you would always pick me up when I was down. Dad, I want you to know I love you and that I'll never forget you.

@@suzybean It's been 5 years since this comment was made, not much has changed. I may have gotten a job and started working but I still think of him from time to time. Thanks for taking the time to view such an old comment.

@@Adiamondintherough1 This might be a bit late but no. This song allowed me to remember memories of my dad and I made the comment in a way to honor him.

5yrs seems so unreal I still remember you saying goodbye on the phone not knowing it was gonna be the last. I wish I could have told you how much I love you and to let you know that you are my hero. I will never forget you. I miss you dad

I love this song; my aprents divorced five years ago, and I haven't seen my dad in five years straight; not a call, or even a whisper.

Is this what really, happened to him? Was he naked and made fun of and was he called gay? And was he crying and saying that he wasn't gay? And they didn't believe him and they killed him anyway? And then made it look like a suicide? And at the end of your video you showed his eyes opened. Did he die with his eyes opened with tears? Because I know he didn't commit suicide. He had too much going for him to do something like that.
