We love this size of RV because it is so easy to maintain and maneuver even if the space is smaller. We also love the Mercedes Chassis these rigs come on! This rig is impressive inside and out. Thanks for sharing and safe travels!

I have a 2023 Prism CBE (Elite). Poor build quality. Took over 2 months to get stuff repaired that was visible on delivery. Everything else I just fixed myself. I special ordered mine and didn’t get many of the standard items listed on their website for the Elite models. They replaced them with Select options without notice. Buy what is on the lot and don’t special order these. I waited a year and got a hybrid Select/Elite model. I purchased mine with all the options. Levelers also don’t level the RV automatically. A friend special ordered a similar sized RV from a different manufacturer and they downgraded some of his high end items that should have came standard as well. Definitely an industry thing. I work full time on the road with it. The only positives for me are the layout I chose, and the Sprinter chassis. The layout I chose (CB), allows the use of the bed without extending the slide. The “House” portion is slowly falling apart after 2 years. Visible separation on the outside molding. Paint falling off on certain areas. Water entry through the slide. I drive it around 5-30 miles a day from my office in CA. Further if I want to work somewhere nicer, so it’s not getting beat up as a full time traveling RV, but the wear is still not acceptable. Paint was already falling off from the transportation from Indiana to Utah. 🤦🏽

I forget which one, but a Transit chassis RV at Tampa had the washer/dryer unit in it. BUT WAIT there's more... a CCC of 427 lbs. LOL - I 100% guarantee a sales person would never point out that yellow sticker to a prospective buyer

Great small RV but the CCC is too low. That floor plan on a Ford might increase the CCC to 2000lbs. I’m still looking for the shortest CClass with a washer dryer combo. Thanks for the video! 👍🙏❤️🇺🇸

So if your tow tongue weight is 500lbs, you only have about 400lbs left for fresh water and a driver, nothing else.

Only the CBS and CBE floor plans have a bed you can use without extending the slide. Manufacturer doesn’t make many in this floor plan from my experience . I had to special order mine. 1 year build time when I ordered mine in 2022, but could be faster now. Build quality on mine is poor and I’m not sure if that has changed either.

No RV should have less than 1200 lbs. OCCC. I don’t understand why these manufacturers don’t build on the Sprinter 4500 cutaway chassis. Yes you give up some maneuverability but you gain OCCC. It really can’t be cost since on the MB web site the 4500 chassis is only $2000 more so what’s the reason? Availability?

The Prism is really nice and is starting to grow on me, but I still think the Coachmen Crosstrail Extreme EV on the Transit is far more superior overall. It's lifted, probably has double the CCC, is AWD and much easier to maintain and service.

I think that the layout of the kitchen sink and cooktop is bad. Most RVs have the sink towards the entryway and the cooktop towards the right. I think it’s a hazard if you have the cooktop next to the entryway because if someone is going in or out of the motorhome they may accidentally knock over a pot on top of the cooktop. Also vessel sinks may look pretty, but I think they are not practical in RVs.

Too low ground clearance..easily gets flooding and the electrical wirings will compromise..even its power generator.
