Juicing carrots at home helped my night vision improve. Im not sure it helped my actual sight..but i definitely saw a difference at night.

Dr. Ken Berry has a couple of great videos about Vitamin A, a.k.a. Retinol... vegetable sources such as carrots do not actually provide vitamin A, they just provide the precursors (carotenoids) which the human body then needs to convert into vitamin A.... and some people can produce vitamin A more effectively than others. All *direct* sources of vitamin A are animal sources (liver, eggs, fish, dairy, meat, etc etc) I agree with Jake that vitamins will not magically cure all eye problems (including myopia) :) but I suspect it can't hurt to pay attention to vitamin A intake, if you want optimal vision. I suspect the obsession with carrots in particular is just an artifact of the plant-based lobby. The Endmyopia method as explained by Jake is absolutely legit; I improved from about -4 to -2.25 in just over a year.

Did Jake ever mention how long it took his eyes to accommodate to the jump to -3 from -5? 😂

Weird trick, if you touch your internal superior lip skin (mainly the corners) with some piece of cloth.. your bottom eyelid rises up helping making your eyes looking small and sharpenning your vision for distance.

10-15 years ago, when I started to eat much less garbage, and took vitamins mush more intelligently, my eyes improved from -1.5 to - 0.75 in one year. That was the effect of a healthier lifestyle. So - in my case - good nutrition solved half of my eye-problems. Nowadays, I've started to see improvements again since I started implementing your method (only few minutes a day). I'm planning to increase the effort a little. Is it a good strategy to buy both -0.5 and +0.5 glasses, and use them strategically? (0.5 - 1 hours a day) (-0.5 for reading, +0.5 for distance vision)

Hey Jake! Nice to see you uploading videos! I just got my first pair of differential glasses in the mail! Wearing them right now at the computer. Yeah nutrition is important for the health of the whole body, not just the eyes. If you are eating a healthy diet your eyes should have the nutrients they need. Much better to focus first on behavioral stuff, like what you do!

This info adds no value to anyone. Yeah, we know there are people out there who've been myopic for more than 2 decades. So? "Oh, precious _Me_ has been that way, so let me dump that info out there for no good reason, info-polluting the universe even more" Think before indulging your impulses, people! That control is THE defining and distinguishing human characteristic, not...opposing thumbs or some other inessential b.s.

Don't wear your glasses that were made for distant vision when doing close up work or when not really needed such as inside the house, or get less strong for inside the house.
