Thank you for sharing your story! My daughter has just been diagnosed with endometriosis and she is also an athlete. I'm going to share this video with her and hopefully, she will find this helpful. She's also very a private person and doesn't feel comfortable talking about her experience with me but I'm doing as much research as I can to help support her.
