Endoscopic Ultrasound Examination of the Papilla and the Biliary System

WoW° A lot's of difficult moments. Can't undestand why's image turns over in some of sections? For example: in 1 perpendicular for papilla position (3:52) tha common bile duct turns to the left for some reason, i think it should go right? Next (9:54) where is the sensor located when we can see vertically reflected both hepatic ducts left, all bile duct and pupilla to the righ? Omg! My anatomy imagination is confused!
