I love that your breakdowns get super geeky. Your technical breakdowns are so informative. Keep it up dude and looking forward to hopefully see you at an LDP event one day!

Stood on my desk for the first time in years and went for 40km slow drive with a group of longboarders. I was amazed i did it but i enjoyed. I am loving this channel so much, you are like a longboard scientist.

This was a phenomenal video. Thank you so much for the detailed information. I’m definitely going to keep this in mind when I begin programming my training for ultraskate after Broadway Bomb!

This is incredible information. I used to live in Madison and commute on a board all the time. Blasting full speed for 1/2 an hour was honestly no big deal. I just started in-line skating this year and I was surprised by how little I could actually handle. Listing it out like this makes me realize that I’m definitely asking my body to do way more than I actually can handle at this point!

Such a great video. Great information, and also a unique perspective on your skating style. Love the way you handle the quick turn at the end. Honestly, I start getting worried when I get going 18mph down a slope for 10 seconds. You are crazy fast. 🎉

What an amazing video. I injured my self from over use and not understanding the dynamics of longboarding. After doing about 4 miles I went far beyond my bodies comfort zone. Great workout but I needed to focus more on my skills then pushing boundaries. Thank you for this video.

Really like the simplicity, but sciency enough where it’s a definite learning experience. 🙏 As a noob downhill skater, climber and weightlifter-this really is a cool cross sport educational model. Making me look at all aspects of training and planning for progression of skill, strength and mental training. Awesome.

I messaged you on insta about my blisters. Thanks for more content like this. I just did my first critical mass on my board and kept up the whole way. No blister no injuries no nothing. I wish I could have a power meter on my board.
