@@thisimagelooksslightlybett1020 the lower movement and lack of canto does hurt, but the Fetters of Dromi do kind of fix that. By the time you can promote to bow knight, your basically at the end of the game anyway so the growths don't really matter all that much. Bowfaire is the reward for getting to S+ in bows (which in my opinion is not feasible on a fresh file), although bow Knight having bow range +2 is super nice. My personal favorite archer to use, Bernadetta, works really well in bow knight, even if I use it as a secondary to paladin depending on the map. Vengeance is too much fun.

Bow Knight has by far the worst growths of all the master classes, and the worst growths of the game aside from the starter classes. 10% HP growth boost and -5% Speed growth penalty. Really, Sniper is better for most of the game (especially with the movement battalions), and even in endgame it’s a matter of hunter’s volley versus added mobility and range.

Akhos, Mikhail, and Patroka had a lot of potential as villians, I never felt like the game ever did them justice as villians though. Malos and Jin really carry the group for me. Akhos has his charm though.

Torna era Mikhail and Base game Mik feel like two completely different characters. I feel like adult Mik needed more time to be fleshed out and needed his relationship with present day Jin, Mythra, and Haze to be more fleshed out as well. If he just had some more scenes and more of a presence I think he really could've been great.

I feel like Akhos and Patroka could've used more scenes together. They are "siblings" after all, and aside from their heart-to-heart, we don't see anything out of that dynamic. Instead, Akhos plays second fiddle to both Jin and Malos while Patroka gets stuck with Mikhail.

Curious that you choose Vandham's grave, not only because he is involved in his demise, but I get the feeling that in a parallel universe Akhos and Vandham would have actually hitting it off as best bruiser bros, as I think Akhos flair for the dramatic and Vandham's hamminess, would have been a great chemistry. Man, it took this long to get to the second Calamity Scythe! Akhos is a pretty cool blade who has a really neat gimmick behind him, that being his defence flipping. This objectively makes him better than most damage annulling blades, and also kinda works with his ether manipulation powers in the main game (although that's mostly Obrona). As a character I love this guy. He manages to blend entertaining, stylish and intimidating seamlessly and I wouldn't have it any other way. What a mean son of a bitch.

This man needs to meet Wilhelm. Akhos is pretty cool, I just wish you could use the bow. It's funny how he and Jin (in Torna) both have a skill called Transmigration that do different things, both of which are very good.

Y'know, I actually thought Transmigration flipped enemy defense and ether defense, and had a low opinion of Akhos as a Blade because of it. I know a lot about this game, and consider myself pretty good at it, but that's one of the first actually new things I've learned about this game in a while. Your guides have made me realize how much I was misunderstanding the wording of some Blade's skills. I thought that Akhos's Transmigration skill flipped the defensive values until it triggered again and just keep flipping them back and forth, not that it flipped them for the attack it triggers and then resets them. Thanks for making all of these guides. They're super informative and helpful for learning what this game has to offer!

Fun fact, despite their assigned roles (ATK, HLR, etc.), Akhos actually has a higher auto attack stat than Obrona. 👀 Also, I swear, Akhos pushing up his glasses is so contagious. Every time he does it, I just do it too, unintentionally.

A consideration is that when transmigration triggers is that it's twice ss effective as one might think. Using 30% as reference we go from 70% to 130% damage or a ~85% increase that is a multiplicative increase.

I originally got him on Nia and thought he sucked because Nia's moveset with him is so slow. I would change endless cycle to have a 15% damage boost when canceling arts. Dead zone would gain restore 10% hp on a crit. Transmigration would become a 100% chance. I also wish they would give us a bestiary to known the stats of enemies so this skill would be more useful.

Kinda surprised you didn't show off Akhos taking on Poisoned Paradise in this video, with his defense-flipping AND his healing that seemed tailor-made for him. Also, it's an incredibly obnoxious challenge, so Akhos handling it successfully would IMO be way more impressive than him beating up Rosa. What he was able to do to Strategizer Nitro was extremely cool and impressive tho.
