Dhanyavaadaha (धन्यवादः) This reminds me of a time a man in the Sea Force perhaps mentioned that he was alone on a sailboat on a long journey and practiced Shambhavi every day while alone at sea for many days. I thought this I could also do. His question was so incredible. I find these questions from the Officers here today so profound and stated with such reverence for Sadhguru and the well-being he speaks of. Their questions are of such an intelligent and profound nature and the virtual room was so attentive to the point of silence. When military men seek and understand spiritual principles is a phenominal sign of human progress. In a sense, many will graduate to the level of what can be described as a " spiritual war"..the war within. Sadhguru is a perfect example with his own experiences , of how to win that battle. His teaching is predictably being attacked by different believers, who say " if you are not with us you are against us"....notice, always the plural "us" is used...never the singular. Inner growth is ALWAYS motivated by outer conflict first...today there is there is an increasing number of graduates from all walks of life.
