Geoff is a huge inspiration to me. I used to do years of Muay Thai, it was my instructor Mick Murphy from Woking, part of Master Sken academy told us about Geoff years ago. Such a great talker. Honest and real.

I would add in the most humble way I can that I still haven't conquered either the internal or external enemies of course, but the constant reminder and love driven message that this is a great path to strive for is hard to swallow (you rotter!) but the most worthwhile. Love and peace and a certain amount of annoyance :-)

Really loved this one Geoff. Spent a long time in my life post Cov as a kid in the 80s trying to move those enemies from external to internal, and then (the hardest part) dealing / ridding myself of the internal ones! Big love Oliver

I love Geoff and learned a tremendous amount from you but I call bs on this because some people, maybe everyone at some point in time, do have genuine enemies. People who cause threat (in one way or another) to you.
