Could you please tell me that at what force energy absorber starts deploying? And how much energy it dissipate for the overall shock

The energy absorber will start deploying at or below the specified average arresting force. Depending on the ANSI type it will be 900lbs or 1350lbs. The total energy dissipation will be determined by the weight of the worker and the length of the free fall. There’s no way to know the force without knowing those two numbers first. As long as the worker stays between the capacities of the energy absorber the worker should now experience more than the specified arresting force.
