Thank you so much for this meditation. I am a healer, a tarot reader but for the last few days, I had a feeling something wasnt right and I couldnt put my hand on what. Yesterday morning, something was nudging me intuitively to let go of something. Ever since, I had a very bad headache because I was not listening to this nudge. Today I did, something told me I had to cut cords with an unhealthy relationship in my life. When I did, I cried buckets. Now, the headache is gone. I am very glad I listened to your meditation.
