Address of this once-beautiful house is 15213 De Pauw St. Pacific Palisades, CA, abutting the George Wolfberg Park, near the ocean. A 'before and after' photo on CNN website from January 2nd/9th shows that the house did burn down, as did virtually all the houses in the area where this house was! Most of the houses across the park to the east (an excellent firebreak) did survive. The CNN page is titled: "Before and after: See the destruction caused by the LA fires" It's shown on the second picture, 'Potero Canyon'

I love these videos - especially because they show what designers are doing these days with home layouts, furnishings, lighting, etc. I'd take some of these concepts, especially the color schemes and incorporate them into my own home someday. Do you preview any smaller homes. I don't know how I'd fill 5 bedrooms - 2 would be ideal.

our clubhouse in our apartment has an outdoor seating area with a barbeque setup. When it rained the seats were really wet. I think the sun was just the one making it dry or idk maybe they are doing something about it.
