@veryslyfox It is, the solar powers the house, the connection to the grid is just a backup. I do agree calling it off grid is a bit silly though since it's connected to the grid lol

@veryslyfox thats why you turn the heated pool and some little other other amenities off, it can run on the solar. about 99% of the house can run on those panels. if you watched the video you would also know it has a 7000 gallon tank underground for you 56kwh propane generator.

This house looks absolutely amazing. I found it on Zillow, and it has a $2,520 annual HOA fee. Obviously if i’m spending $26 mil on a house $2.5k is pocket change, however there is ZERO chance I would be a part of any HOA, in that price range, especially if I have 49 acres to myself. @DMalmsy Жыл бұрын
Amazing place and love the attention to detail. I do have to point out that its not fully "Off Grid". The home is still connected to the grid which allows it to be so large. You would need probably at least twice as many solar modules as you see there to get you through the winter without having the run the generator 24/7. Regardless, it's an amazing piece of property.

I agree, I appreciate and love how Enes is prepared with all aspects of every property he tours. He’s knowledgeable, articulate, relaxing to watch and listen, his tours offer a gentle inviting flow. Dead right other realtors could take a page from his book. They are overtly excited, disorientated most times, lack history and background knowledge, miss identifying landmark features, and over talk. Enes and Mikey are easy to follow, understand and comfortable tour hosts plus their editing is off the charts perfection. I find it a pleasure to watch every tour they do, but this property really resonates with my soul I keep returning to it after watching sterile modern properties that are amazing but lack the grounding and connection this home embodies. It calls you in its maternal embrace

My jaw dropped when you casually dropped the fact that the owner HAND BUILT the house. I am in awe. The amount of hard work that went into that house, I can't even imagine. It's gorgeous. Every detail is so thoughtful and so beautifully done. I'd like to shake the owners hand. They are an artist.

Enes, I’ve been watching and learning from you for a while now since before you had 500k subscribers. I’m an agent myself and to see your success has been amazing. Big respect to you and Mikey, creating this social media channel that has become the best real estate social media account to date. Congrats to all your success, can’t wait to see your own purchase someday.

The fact that its almost perfect for any disaster is amazing. With the land you can be fully sustainable if you have some tools and seeds. And in extreme weather the fact that the guest house and main house are connected under ground is superb.

I live in Utah and this is by far my most favorite home I’ve ever seen - hands down. One thing they didn’t mention is the close proximity to Park City and Deer Valley where there is world class skiing. Additional, this home is just outside of Heber City which has one of the best private airports around. 15-20 minutes away max.

Be sure you put in at least 6 years in the field, I'm a contractor and architects that have no field experience don't understand the basics of framing. It will make you a very saut after architect. I have changed every print I have ever built from. Good luck 👍

Amazing mountain estate done brilliantly by Enes! Favorite parts....large floor to ceiling windows and natural light. Incredible interior design choices with the finishes, textures and fixtures....all of it was top notch! Fitting the structure and design to the setting was impeccable. Connecting tunnel, guest house deck views are super unique and picturesque. Gorgeous natural stone throughout and pavers surrounding keep it natural and blended into the surroundings. Least favorite parts.....understand the desire to continue the history of the original cabin but at this price it wasn't worth the sacrifice of the low ceilings, darker areas and overall tight feeling of the kitchen area and those few bedrooms. Those areas seemed even less than 8'tall in parts. Log construction creates some challenges but there has to be a better way to hide those mini-split systems behind a header or recessed into the wall somehow. Seeing a gorgeous room with high level finishes and a plastic white split box slapped on the wall sticks out like a sore thumb. No outdoor pool? Super job by the developer and builder on this. I think most people would rather have this home, these views and on 40 acres, than the same price for a white and glass box jammed into the foothills of LA, with a smoggy view of the city somewhere in the distance and a style that looks like any other there.

I think I've watched this video probably 50 times and will continue to watch it. You've captured this property in a very inspiring way and it's on my virtual motivational board. I've got the laws of attraction going in full blast. Imagine living in a secluded, self sustaining property, with scenic views every where you look. Being the prankster I am, I'd guide guests to the guest house through the underground tunnel, with the lights off but with a real torch, Game of Thrones style. "Your quarters are at the end of the is hallway." LOL! If you ever revisit this property if it's still on, or goes back on the market, please do it in winter or fall. I would love to see what the property and surrounding area looks like during those times of the year.
