One of the things which makes these videos more interesting to watch than some of the pure "sales brochure" like productions on other channels. Though on a personal note I find there is a fine line to it - when they act as a surrogate to the audience and add an interesting question or accentuate a point with a broader observation that really adds to the video but at the end of the day I think most people are here to see Enes presenting a property so if they butt in too much (fortunately doesn't really happen) that can be detracting.

I love this, its a great size. Some houses seem to be designed just so someone can boast that its got 10 beds and 12 baths, none of which is much use to the average family. This one however is a perfect size; open and airy but not competing with the local hotel!

Wi has just as many lakes as Minnesota. The state is a hidden gem . Yeah the winters are rough but the summers are absolutely beautiful and there are tons of homes like this all over the state

Builders are making bank at $4 mil. I have been in the trades for 20 yrs and worked on nicer homes twice the size or bigger that sell for less. Value on this property is the property, being exclusive between 2 lakes so close together. Where i live that goes for $3 mil tops if theres a bidding war.

Rofl, so to my surprise this home is right near by me. I live about 30 mins from Rhinelander. Just a few unmentioned things from the video. Rhinelander is a fairly rural area. it has an air port but it uses prop plains instead of jets and if I remember correctly they usually only have 3 aisle in the average plain leaving that airport. you can connect to a larger flight out of Minneapolis or Chicago but its something to keep in mind. Also being rural it lacks many amenities many people from larger cities might be accustomed to such as ethnic restaurants. There's no Uber but there is the traditional cab service in town and door dash arrived in Rhinelander only about a year or two ago being the only company to provide generic food delivery. If your an outdoorsy type person though you're in for a real treat. Some of the best fishing and hunting up here to be found in the world. Not to mention snowmobiling, 4 wheeling and boating on the many lakes as well. Please note that winters are brutal up here. Most people who can afford this expensive of a house leave for the winters rather than deal with them. it regularly gets to 40 below at night each winter and its not unheard of to reach 60 below at the coldest parts of night a few nights a year. Wind chill during these times leads to frostbite after just a few seconds of exposure if you're not protected. Also Snow removal. If you can afford the house you can afford to pay someone to remove it for you but we get lots of snow. i'm 6'5" and most winters we'll have it hip deep on me before the end of the season. For a second home you visit during the summer and maybe a Christmas or New Years before the worst of the cold hits this could be a very nice home. Probably not worth the hassle of living here full time however.

I’m from WI too and while WI might not be Colorado or Utah beautiful, there are parts of this state that still take my breath away. Even outside of the north woods, there’s Door County, the Oconomocowoc/Peawaukee/Lake Geneva area, Madison, the Dells, all of Lake Michigan, (just to name a few) all of which I think are beautiful. While everything in the middle to southern part of the state might be just corn, there’s so much more that’s just around the corner waiting to be discovered.

In Wisconsin you can only swim for three months out of the year. The most I would spend on a cabin is 250,000 and ultra security is a must.

Its expensive but really as someone who will probablt never have a house like this i believe it still has a significant value in the sense the owner builders designers ar every well thought out with the general theme and many rooms are particularly well executed moat esspecially with the apparent craftmenship involvong the complimentary color pallettes. I do wish the property was larger but it does have a lake. I quite enjoy the more simple properties for the same price that come with enough room for a workshop or something wothout being cramped
