12 mil seems too low for the property.. I bet there is something up with the construction, location, etc something. I doubt you could come anywhere close to building this house for 12mil now. The amount of limestone veneer is insane and at least 30-40% of it has embellishments. The amount of windows/doors, the finishes, its just crazy.
@TheDrexxus2 жыл бұрын

A steam oven is most often used by bakers, especially of bread. Having the steam injected into the oven helps to get a nice crust on rustic loaves like classic french or baguette loaves of bread. However, having a higher humidity in the oven transfers heat more effectively than traditional ovens that cook by hot air alone, so it's useful for any type of cooking in the oven.

This is HANDS DOWN the BEST house I’ve ever seen! It’s difficult to find castles or manors that don’t go crazy with modernity and rough plain details. Here we keep the ancient vibe but we turned seasonal changes as advantageous as possible. Not to mention the well-crafted, solid stone and marble found all over the castle. The roof really surprised me too, from the man-made plastic ‘stone’ to the snow guards, everything is genius! Knowing the owners thought of so much, I can tell why they have so much money. Their intellect surpasses most architects I’ve seen- even compared to « the one » which is 24.5 times more costly and for what?? The view is gorgeous, the details are scarring, the vibe is immaculate. This is a work of art. While there may be some need to find suited decorations to make it feel a bit more comfortable and personal, I could buy this in a heartbeat!

Personally, I think these kinds of houses are the absolute worst. Just a cheap rip-off of European classical architecture. The fact that it's all fake takes away every little piece of ''elegance'' for me. The proportions aren't right, it's over the top and looks out of place. This house is built to represent something like a 17th or 18th-century French chateau, but it just went all wrong. If you compare houses like this one to the actual European manor houses you'll see that it's nothing but kitsch. Built to look extravagant and elegant in an obvious way. The interior only gets worse. To me, there is nothing that screams ''America'' more than these fake marble floors and bathrooms that look like you just picked out the most bougie-looking furnishings at Ikea to later label it as an elegant classical country house, which it isn't. Newly built houses should be constructed according to modern architecture, they shouldn't try to replicate classical styles and therefore dilute the definition of elegant. This house is the perfect example of everything that can go wrong if you choose to do so anyway. If you want to live in a chateau, buy an actual chateau in France. Don't build something that looks like it belongs in Disney World Orlando.

This home is so grand it is just incredibly insane how beautiful it is. I love the fact that the basement an grounds where left unfinished so that you could put some of your own touches an design elements to this property. Just absolutely gorgeous.

I have been with the channel for years and it’s almost a ritual with my daughter that we watch the homes y’all tour and we found this house in 2018 and she hasn’t stopped asking if I thought Enes will ever tour it, so big thank you from San Antonio,TX for doing this, she is going to be so excited!!!
