If you go inside any of the “regular” homes of this type, they’ll look pretty much exactly what the insides of these homes look like, especially the beginning of the first one. It almost feels like that part was the OG house and they just expanded from it.

Wow, I grew up in Clearwater and moved away and haven’t been back in a very long time. Seeing the architecture of the main house in the beginning just instantly threw me back. You’d see a ton of houses with similar Spanish architecture all around. Even the vibes of inside the houses feels very Clearwater-esque. I loved the history that it has too. It’s very cool to see it all.

I live near this house. I've always wanted to see what it looked like inside. I've been inside the house next door, the one just inside the gate and that was impressive but nothing like this. Wow. The hospital is like a two minute walk from this and I worked there for a long time. Also Hulk Hogans and Tom cruise's old house is within walking distance just south of this mansion on Willadel. Ben Mallahs is trying to sell a house in that neighborhood. Thanks for showing the world how beautiful it is in the area.

Wow! I've been in this place. It was owned by the parents of a friend when we were in High School. They bought it in the mid-1980's. They sold it to Formula 1 driver, Nigel Mansell. My friend and I would rappel down what was then a bell tower. It's more amazing than I remember.

The House(s) as structures are amazing. I loved the exteriors much more than the interiors. I did like the ballroom with the piano a lot, but a lot of the interior design was very specific and I love it for them as I can tell they love the rooms. Up here on cape cod, the homes by the water are only grandfathered up to a certain percentage of the home being remodeled per permit #. That’s why so many homes go through 3-5 stages of a remodel so they don’t have to put them on stilts.

As always, I love your excitement and passion during these tours. That said, sometimes big is just big, not classy or timeless. This episode reminds me of "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous." The architecture and decor was uninspiring. The property was unrelatable. I've felt that way about some of your tours of oversize properties of late. If I can never imagine myself even spending a weekend in one of the homes you spotlight I stop watching. I loved your tours of smaller properties precisely because they were more relatable.
