This house isn’t even worth $65 million. Master bedroom is pretty small, and for the price you paid the master closet isn’t even finished, once it is finished it wouldn’t be big at all. The entrance isn’t even a wow factor to the formal living , because the ceiling height isn’t high enough to catch your attention. The kitchen is also too small, even though some people might have a chef cooking for them, why because that is where you and your family will stay the most comfortable near the fridge. No gym, no theater room, small yard. If Arvin haddad was to critique this house he would have said this place isn’t worth $65 million dollars.

Seems a bit underwhelming considering the price point. Only a 2-car garage? Most people who can afford a $64M home will have 5 or more supercars and won't want to leave them outside in the weather. Only 5 bedrooms? If the family is using 4 of them, most $64M homes will have 3 or more live-in staff to run the household so you'd want to have 2-4 staff quarters. And even $5M homes have built-in espresso machines in the kitchen. Backyard feels way too small for a $64M mansion and much too close to a public walkway for the security team of a Bezos or Zuckerberg to feel comfortable.
