@@isurcantu5560 There may come a time where you realize that, no thing can make me happy. When asked on our deathbed, what is it that mattered most in life? Do we say, money, cars, a big house - or do we say love, beauty, kindness, friendship, giving? If you seek a big house, then go for it. You may find, that in the end, it is not the house that you love, but the people inside it, the love you share with others. There is absolutely nothing wrong with having many things, nor is there anything wrong with being rich. They can add to our life, for sure. But ultimately, our happiness if found within.

Great property, great video. As a New Yorker, I do suggest you spend time talking about and touring amenities. In addition to buying the apartment you are buying into a building. These types of buildings can offer things like room service, housekeeping, onsite dry cleaning, concierge, private gyms with trainers and spas, pools, dog walking or grooming services, cinema rooms, party rooms, etc. At this price point, all the building details matter just as much as the unit itself.

The only true selling point is the incredible view, but living in a space with a price like this should be more than just a view. I can't believe they don't include gym or theater at least. @@karathefox2004 I get the cold and sterile thing but at the same time I can tell that this house has a couple living here with two kids probably between 9 and 2 and they have a live in Nanny or Au Pair. Like the staging requires lack of personal objects but you can tell someone made this house for themselves. Also lack of sunlight definitely contributes to it but that’s on the weather I guess. I personally think this has a lot of potential but it lacks warmth in the form of wood and earth tones, that’s what we all associate with a homey feeling.
