That is what we the poor say, to live with the life we have. Saying that a 40 million dollar house wouldn't make you happy, is a lie we like to say to ourselves
@zain4019
@zain4019 3 жыл бұрын
@@isurcantu5560 There may come a time where you realize that, no thing can make me happy. When asked on our deathbed, what is it that mattered most in life? Do we say, money, cars, a big house - or do we say love, beauty, kindness, friendship, giving? If you seek a big house, then go for it. You may find, that in the end, it is not the house that you love, but the people inside it, the love you share with others. There is absolutely nothing wrong with having many things, nor is there anything wrong with being rich. They can add to our life, for sure. But ultimately, our happiness if found within.

Great property, great video. As a New Yorker, I do suggest you spend time talking about and touring amenities. In addition to buying the apartment you are buying into a building. These types of buildings can offer things like room service, housekeeping, onsite dry cleaning, concierge, private gyms with trainers and spas, pools, dog walking or grooming services, cinema rooms, party rooms, etc. At this price point, all the building details matter just as much as the unit itself.

I love how this apartment is built in a way that actually makes sense e.g. there's a pantry next to the kitchen, there's not just a washer and dryer in some narrow hallway but in a space where you cam comfortably access it. Great 😊

For 39.5 mil, the bathroom setups are kinda basic. Also, the property feels like just going from one bedroom to another. The only true selling point is the incredible view, but living in a space with a price like this should be more than just a view. I can't believe they don't include gym or theater at least. Some places may even have swimming pool. It may be just me not being able to see values in these properties, tho. But as for the video itself, it is very well done as always.

The real price is for a huge place like that in new york. You are essentially paying for the location and i see why people dont get that cause you could have everything in the world for 40 million in a place like Texas but when most of new york lives in houses smaller than a room in this house the cost adds up.

For safety purposes, I personally think the balcony area should have a significantly higher reinforced barricade to prevent any dizzying mishaps - ahem, like "accidentally" falling over the glass barrier on Floor 74 all the way down to ... Floor 0. Ouch!

Ahah. Its funny because we're slaves. We look at houses for SAIL Sale while we're DROWNING in debt. Bucket BAIL out. From the time the DOCK Doctor DELIVERS us. And our mother BERTH Births us. We are numbers to the government. (Nautical Metaphor Madness) WATER=Money COUNTRY=Company/Corporation CITIZEN=Employee CAPITAL=CAPTAIN Birth certificates for sail. The U.S. govt. Does not represent you. It represents your numbers on the papers. The papers are not you. The papers are not authority. The papers do not give power to control. The views are great. But who wants an unprotected balcony at those type of heights? If your wife becomes jealous of you she will probably end up pushing you over the balcony with her wine glass still on her right hand. She did you dirty at that point she gets to keep everything plus the views and will probably say it was an acident just like her marriage. 🤡🤓🤣🧐
