From the track record of the show, obviously this is NOT the way to meet your forever partner. And yet it persists because it is entertainment, and viewers should keep this in mind, and keep their expectations low. It's a money making enterprise, and it's really NOT about truly finding love given the timeframe in which is provided. But watch it, have fun!

She told a story elsewhere, about driving and passing some farm fields. She commented that it would be a great place to build apartments and Gerry spoke up in support of farmers. He's not wrong, I agree with him, however, none of us knows how this transpires. Was it accusatory, was it whatever. She said she decided right then to just bite her tongue. They have fundamentally different approaches to life. She is a money maker. She see's a piece of land and wants to develop it. He wants to preserve the land and support the mom and pops. This shows the show itself is ridiculous.

I call BS on all of the bachelor/bachelorette series …it just doesn’t work! They lost me on the bachelor when Jessie Palmer was the bachelor and he was on a date with a lovely woman when he allowed another woman that had been sent home to enter into the private space of his new date …disgusting …a real gentlemen would have sent her packing again but he didn’t …haven’t watched one since and the Golden Bachelor is just pitiful !
