(can't read mandarin so I'm assuming the glowing characters says ruyi jingu or sum). The footage where it shows wukong fighting the heavenly army alone would probably be a flashback. @@mindsoulbody yep, but unfortunately you're only as strong as your weakest link, so with these games that are ported to multiple platforms, they optimize it to consistently run at 30/60 fps on the weakest platform they're launching on, meaning even the PC version will suffer because of this. That doesn't mean the PC version won't look better, of course, and it will probably have some features that the consoles don't, like DLSS 3, better ray tracing, and maybe even higher quality textures. Thank God it's not releasing on the old consoles like PS4, or the game would really suffer then.

I'll take FromSoftwares art direction over fidelity any day of the week. When you first see Limgrave. Or when you peer into Liurnia fun the cliff side. When you walk into Plasidusax's arena. That is far more impactful than how many pores and oeach fuzz you can see on a character models face. One that you will never look at outside of photo mode zoomed in. To have a game the size of Elden Ring and have crazy graphics too you need the money and studio size of a Rockstar games. Even then RDR2 form have the fast pace of a game like Elden Ring so who knows if it's even possible to do that without destroying pc's. B.M.W. looks great fidelity wise and has great art from the bits I've seen but how massive is the game? How many different areas enemies and nodes are there? It's a lot to ask for a have to have incredible graphics and a lot of content. But hey we will see. I'm buying the game twice because of the wild extortion attempt against them. So id love to see a new studio capable of making a great action rpg with Souls elements

@@Krenisphia Because we have a reference - 《Journey to the West》. Black Wind Mountain is just a small plot in the early stages. At present, in the preview PV, at least four equally sized plots can be seen (Black Wind Mountain, Purple Clouds Mountain, Yellow Wind Ridge, and Little Leiyin Temple). Each plot is an area controlled by a big Boss who can engage in fierce battles with the Monkey King. Their names are Black Wind Demon, Hundred-Eyed Demon Lord, Yellow Wind Demon, and Yellow Brows Great King respectively. The huge black bear that appeared in the trial game is the Black Wind Demon. It was controlled by Guanyin (God of Buddhism) using a magic circle (Just like the magic circle that controls the Monkey King) because it was too powerful. It's very interesting. The preview PV contains a huge amount of information, but only by reading 《Journey to the West》 can one know this information.

i don't think that is all i rmb there is a dragon fight in a snow (think is against white dragon that eventually became Tang San Zhang horse after Wukong defeated it in novel) The graphic of that fight can anytime be your wallpaper lol. Ah, the cutscene in the last minutes, the first person camera is Monk Tang Xuan Zhang. The Buddhist Master of Sun Wukong (The Monkey), Zhu Bajie (The Pig), Sha Wujijng (The River Beast), & The Horse (actually the Dragon sea prince). So, this game take the story when they meet Spider siluman. (Siluman means Demons or Yokai that can change or shapeshifting). Many Siluman are encountered by this Journey to the West team. Anyone who curious about the lore about this game, ask me... I am Asian.

@@saputramargam611 The Skull Ghost are manipulative indeed. He tricked Monk Tang and Wukong banished. Both in Journey to the West 1986 & 1996 tv series adaptation faithfully to the novel. While Quest for the Sutra tv series make the Skull Ghost have a crush for Wukong, its a beautifull lady but manipulative too. Pilgrimage to the West 2010 & Journey to the West 2011 i dont remember there is a Skull Ghost lady... I just hope this game have her. Btw what do u think this game setting? Is this before the Journey, or still in Journey or after the Journey? My bet is... This is when Wukong meets his other Monkey demon... Tumpei Monkey.

The monster's movements are indeed quite good. Unfortunately, the development team seems to lack the concept of parry, and there is no real interaction between the two sides during the battle. The lack of impact feedback also makes the overall experience feel very poor. Also, Goku who cannot fly and engage in aerial combat is very unappealing. Before to buy this game, more observation is needed.

First it has a perfect dodge system and parry could be a skill unlocked, second nobody used parry in Elden ring like that and the hits do cause effect wukong is fighting legendary monsters and not every hit staggers but his heavy hits seem to always stagger, if this game just let you stagger all opponents in every hit it wouldn’t be challenging at all….

Just realized this game handles Camera movement so much better than FromSoft! The camera moves out whenever a large boss does an epic move, so that you can see wth is going on!

You have to be a good defensive player. Most ofbthe bosses have ling chain attacks so if you are not patient it will be difficult to defeat them. I think i am going to go ahead and preorder this now 😊

I was really hoping to see a parry system in this game but seems like it's only evasion. Not sure how interesting this game will be after 30mins of this. Don't really get why there isn't this option though. It makes more sense to have a parry system for a fighting game.

There is a parry, but you don’t start off with it. You have to unlock it as a skill later on in the game.
