ENFJs are weird like that man. I'm starting to realize just how much power I can have over others' minds and it is CREEPY. I subtly manipulated my teacher to stop being sexist the other day and only vaguely realized I was doing it. I approached it from a perspective of "why can't you let me learn too?" He was focusing too much on teaching the boys and not enough on the girls. I was being genuine but it was still spooky that I could do that. The intent was that the boys are being bullied and I wanted to stand up for them... So I guess I manipulated my teacher to do so. I'm genuinely creeped out about that. Even the idea that I have the power to do that is scary.

ENFJ here and we really like to plan and think about things before going to action that doesn't mean that we won't do anything though we just want to be ready for what may come. In the video the ISTP just climbed up on the elevator which will do nothing and at the very worst be dangerous. ENFJs think a lot before acting and ISTPs act without much planning. That's also why ENFJs prepare teams whereas ISTPs act alone. ISTPs like going straight to fixing the situation and enjoy the challenge ,ENFJs first think of how to solve the situation.

It’s actually great because we always try to out think the other person on how something should be done. Enfj shows an importance on the process of something , "at least you tried your best while doing it" and will give a drawn out talk for the same reason . istps like myself are focused on the result "ok but is it done yet, can we get it done ? " introspectively of course and that line of thinking is also very prevalent . something about seeing results drives istps forward it seems imo
