Lee Joon Gi is not wearing lipstick in this. I think his lip color looks like it's accentuated because of the camera's filter and coloring. It seems like the contrast and saturation is high that's why the colors pop or looks stronger which includes his lips. He drank bottled green tea and licked his lips so many times the whole Insta Live and the color remained the same.
