[RECIPE]
Ingredient
400g sweet potato shoots, trimmed, cut into 4"in length
40g med.sized anchovies
1/2 red pepper, sliced in a bias
1sprig(10cm) leek, sliced in a bias
salt 2t
perilla oil 1T
cooking oil 1T
water 3~3 1/2C
seasonings) soy bean paste(homemade) 2T(commercial ones 3T), minced garlic 1T, perilla oil 1T, red pepper powder 1T, sesame seeds 1T
Preparation
1. Cook the sweet potato shoots in salted water for 5 minutes; Rinse under cold water and remove excess moisture.
2. Remove the guts of anchovies.
3. Combine the ingredients with the seasonings to mix.
4. In a pot, add seasoned ingredients and water to cook with a lid on for 25 minutes over med. heat.
5. Add the leek and red pepper and continue to cook briefly.
