Thank you so much for uploading these series. Not only I can prepare these mouth-watering dish for myself as I am 60 years old and live by myself, I can also forward these to my daughters they are in different states who can understand with English subtitles. Thanks a lot! You are great!!
Wow Amanda, you looked so professional. Are you an experience chef?? but you look so young does not match with the knowledge and skills you have :) Love your videos so much ~

I really enjoy your videos and hoping i can try making them, i also live in the uk wondering where do you buy the flour you use in your videos. thank you :)
I love all your videos, beautifully scripted, produced and edited. I'm curious about your producing and filming process, I like that you always give some comments or advice on why you do what you do (eg. in this video how pouring salt in the boiling water keeps the wrapping from breaking). Though I don't understand chinese, your voice sounds sweet and shows you really love what you do, thanks for dubbing the videos!! It would be fun to see you make some latinamerican dishes. Cheers from southamerica!

很赞,我想问一下调饺子馅的时候要不要加水呀?自己原来做的饺子馅总是干干的
