I think we will see a revival once the Manga finishes. My understanding is that the anime ended because they had caught up to the Manga pretty much, and didn't want to do any more filler arcs. Even now, 3 years later, there are only 100 or so Manga chapters that haven't been adapted into anime yet which is only like 40 episodes worth of content, so even if they revived the anime right now they'd end up caught up to the Manga again in just a little over a year. I think they are going to wait until the Manga is finished or at least nearly finished before reviving the anime. Studio Pierrot is also pretty busy right now, they are doing the Bleach revival and a few other anime currently, so they may need to clear their slate a little before they can take the time revive Black Clover. Also worth noting that the Black Clover movie on Netflix last summer got almost 12 million viewers in the first 3 weeks, so I'm sure Netflix, Crunchyroll, and Studio Pierrot all took note of the fact that Black Clover is still very much so popular. I think as soon as Bleach is finished they will then revive Black Clover.
