This is my own opinion for Wonho's arm wrestling; 1. He hesitated by the time he touched the hand of the staff. He even said "who is this?" Look when the staff bend his arm. The hand looks weak but his supporting arm remains strong. If the opponent is much stonger than him his hand and arm would fall down on same phase but his hand was bend but the arm remains strong so I think he just let his opponent win 2. He is our cute lil bunny and doesn't to hurt anybody. 3. Maybe they did shoot this during the time he hurt his shoulder

Don't forget, Wonho didn't want to pick up and move Jooheon for that other game because he knew it would take a lot of strength. Besides, Shownu is naturally strong and excercises to build strength. Wonho works out to build muscle. I'm not saying he isn't strong, but he definitely tried the first round. You could see him straining in his neck and arm. Anyway though, it's not a big deal he lost.

I believe Wonho is best at speed, while Shownu is best at strength. Wonho can go faster than Shownu, while Shownu is a bit slower but stronger. I can't think of a better analogy but, one horse is for racing, while the other horse is for heavy labor. Both are beautiful beasts that should be respected.
