胡萝卜 100克
泡发香菇 3个
腊肠 3条
红葱头 1个
蒜 5瓣
米 2杯
油 2大勺
米酒 1大勺
葱花 适量
酱汁：
生抽 2大勺
蚝油 2大勺
老抽 1/2大勺
糖 1小勺
ingredients :
pumpkin 400 g
carrots 100 g
soaked shiitake mushroom 3 pieces
Chinese sausage 3 pieces
shallots 1 piece
garlic 5 pieces
rice 2 cups
cooking oil 2 tbsp
rice wine 1 tbsp
green onion as desired amount
sauce :
soy sauce 2 tbsp
oyster sauce 2 tbsp
dark soy sauce 1/2 tbsp
sugar 1 tsp

I made this tonight. I think I compromised too much as I used whatever I could find in my fridge. I also used the rice cooker instead. Ended up with abit more rice than sauce n ingredients. Had to season it more towards the end to balance the taste. Will prep better next time. Still it was quite delicious. Thank you.
